Consultation and Training
Represent Me has a team of qualified educators and consultants who are happy to work with your team to improve diversity and accessibility for your content, workplace, or gathering.
We have a range of diverse individuals on our permanent staff including people with various sexualities and genders, Indigenous Australians, people of colour, people with disabilities, neurodivergent people, women, people from low socio-economic backgrounds, immigrants, and more, all of whom are happy to support you in creating respectful and inclusive content. We also have access to many diverse contractors from other backgrounds if you require specific assistance, and are able to find an appropriate consultant if we have not previously worked with somebody who suits your needs.
We work with organisations who are just starting their diversity journey, companies who just need a refresher, or groups who are trying to upgrade their allyship.
There are a range of introductory paid resources available for smaller budgets, or more tailored and specialised packages for those with more funds available. We are also able to offer event speakers and in-person training. Get in touch and we'll happily provide you with a free quote to suit your requirements.

Chris Gardiner, Narrative Director, Failbetter Games
‘I'd strongly encourage other studios to engage [Represent Me] for consultations. Our experience was professional, warm, intensely useful, and intellectually invigorating. QRM went to great lengths to understand the specific context of our game and audience, and tailor their advice accordingly.’
‘I was very nervous about presenting my work at the consultation. I was worried I might have written something offensive and ignorant, and would be judged for it. Especially since some of the outlines intentionally leaned into areas I suspected would be problematic, because I wanted to ensure we could benefit from QRM's expertise on those topics. I needn't have been concerned. The atmosphere was open, supportive, collaborative and friendly. The emphasis was never on saying 'you can't do this,' but always 'how can we make this work?' and 'how can we make this better?' The consultation was both enjoyable and rewarding.’
‘One of the consultants present had such impressive ideas on one character’s story that we’ve hired her to be co-writer on that content.’
Hannah O'Brien, Head of Operations, Girl Geek Academy
Working with Represent Me has been a fantastic experience. The team are able to communicate in a positive and non-judgemental way, and were able to share insights that were simple to implement but had a profound impact on the response from our diverse community. They are fiercely proud of the community they represent and their positive approach to advocacy is powerful. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Olivia Wood, Content Manager, Failbetter Games
‘[Our consultation] didn’t kill any ideas, but made us improve upon them … because we were safe to put them out there in the first place.’
Representative of Russell Kennedy lawyers, Melbourne
"I really appreciated Charlie’s honest approach to telling their story and I know the audience did too. Thank you again for facilitating that."
Bri Zammit, Producer, Brisbane Powerhouse
Working with Represent Me on Gayming: A Queer Gaming Experience was an absolute delight. Represent Me were passionate and driven from the first meeting right through to the delivery of the event. I had complete confidence in their ability to curate a balanced program with representatives from the community and ensure help in promoting the event to our target market. Through Represent Me's highly connected network they were able to present a fantastic showcase of local and interstate talent for the event and her extensive pre-planning made for an extremely smooth delivery. I look forward to working with Represent Me in the future!
