Dream Boyfriend: Astral Days allows you to create your dream boyfriend. The player is able to choose the pronouns the dream boyfriend uses, or whether the boyfriend just uses the player-character's name. The game challenges heteronormativity by making same-gender assumptions prior to the player being able to make this choice (with dialogue referring to the player-character as 'man'); however, it would be better if the game didn't make gender assumptions at all.
