Enderal is a conversion mod of The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim; although it requires Skyrim to run, it features its own narrative, world, and gameplay.

The main protagonist of Enderal is customisable in terms of gender (male or female), and can romance two NPCs regardless of gender. These NPCs are Jespar Dal'Varek (male) and Calia Sakaresh (female) are both canonically bisexual.
