Lakeview Valley is a murder mystery RPG with a character creator that allows for the character to have a penis, breasts, both, or none. These options are not locked to specific genders.

The player-character can also have sex with some of the residents of the town, with some characters being very open when it comes to sex. They aren't openly polyamorous, but some of them do seem to have more than one sexual partner/romantic interest.
