In Lucius II, the player-character is able to find two men having sex in the bathroom of the psychiatric hospital where the game is set. They don't react to the protagonist at all, and can be killed by the protagonist (as can all moral characters in the game). This is similar to the man and woman having sex that can be found in the first game in the series.
