The protagonist of Northanger Abbey can be a cisgendered man or woman, a trans man or woman, or non binary, and can crossdress. The love interests are a cis man and trans woman, both of whom are bisexual. It is possible to flip all the NPC genders and set the game in a matriarchy, so there is then a trans man love interest.
