Otoko Tower is a casual game, with its main mechanic involving stacking men to build towers. There are gay implications as you stack the men on top of each other, and each time you unlock an achievement, the portrait of a man is revealed. Each portrait also includes a short description, some of which reveal same-gender love interests or partners. The game leans on stereotypes—including a stereotypical leather gay man—and it sexualises men, so play with care.
