Pathologic

Pathologic and its' remaster Pathologic Classic HD feature an NPC called Eva Yan (sometimes referred to as Yang or Yahn) who is in a romantic relationship with Andrey Stamatin. Though the two are in a relationship, if asked about it, Eva will say that she 'loves whoever else she chooses', suggesting that their relationship may be open.
