Punch Line features a three-way body swap between an eight year old boy and two female classmates. Nine years later, the protagonist, who has ended up in a 'female' body, has changed his name to one that is more masculine and is binding his chest in an attempt to make his body more masculine. The person who originally swapped bodies with him, however, does not seem uncomfortable in the male form, and seems comfortable with male pronouns.
