Read Dead Redemption features Quique Montemayor, who is a minor character implied to be bisexual through his behaviours with other men and women in the game. He appears to be in an intimate relationship with Vincente de Santa, to whom he acts as an assistant, and also flirts with women in the game.

In a side quest, a woman can be seen flirting with other women who are sex workers in a bar, with that same woman being found in the arms of one of the sex workers later in the game.
