SimCopter features and easter egg where a number of men wearing swimming trunks, and who hold hands or kiss, arrive at specific times of year. This was created by Jacques Servin, who was a programmer on Maxis's SimCopter, and the dates that these men appear in game include his birthday and his boyfriend's birthday. The easter egg was not found until after the title was shipped, and Servin was fired for adding the content; once the easter egg was discovered, it was removed from subsequent versions of the title.
