Solstice has two main characters—one of each binary gender. Galen, the male player-character, is gay. In a scene where a woman offer to sleep with Galen, he says that he's not interested, after which she suggests Galen speak to Kasiya, a man who is chief of the guards. Initatiating a romance between Galen and Kasiya unlocks an in-game achievement.
