The Arcana allows the player to select from three sets of pronouns for their player-character: they/them, she/her, and he/him. All characters can then be romanced, regardless of this pronoun choice. Asra is nonbinary (confirmed by developers). The game explicitly states that Asra and Julian used to be in a relationship.

The game also features Nadia and Portia, and developers have stated it will be possible for these women to be in a relationship.
