The protagonist of Timespinner is a bisexual woman of colour, who mentions having a preference for women. Her love interest (developed in sidequests) is a trans woman. Sidequests also include getting two men together on a date. Other NPCs are polyamorous, and it's culturally standard in the main character's hometown (though she says it isn't her own preference).
