Westerado allows the player to unlock several playable characters, including 'Sis', a woman. There is a character named Miss Tress, who is interested in the player regardless of their gender. This means she is interested in Sis, and the player can have a woman-woman relationship. it is possible to have a romance subplot, including living together. There is also a sex scene between the women, where they refer to the act as 'making hats' (see interactions in below images).
