Endless Summer features four love interests, who can be pursued regardless of the player-character's gender. Regardless of who the player pursues, the player-character implies that they are interested in men and women.

The player-character's best friend, Diego, makes comments about being attracted to a man, but it is unclear if he is gay or bisexual / plurisexual / otherwise queer.
